 Daniel Ionescu
Chief Operational Officer BitDefender, SOFTWIN
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation strategy of operational management of the Company, Mr. Ionescu ensures that organizational performance plans are met on time and on budget. He establishes and maintains appropriate systems for the measurement of the critical aspects of operational management and development of the Company on a global scale. During Ionescus tenure, his annual divisional revenue has tripled five years in a row, he has grown the personnel pool from twenty-two to three hundred and fifty professionals, and has transformed BitDefender and parent company SOFTWIN into multinational companies with offices in Spain, Germany, Romania, the United Kingdom and the United States. Daniel is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, specializing in Quality Control Assurance.
 Bogdan Irina
Worldwide Sales and Marketing Director
Mr. Irina manages commercial teams in Romania, Spain, Germany and the United States for the Company, along with business development, negotiation and partnerships in over twenty-five countries. Responsible for the development of global business, marketing and sales strategies, he also facilitates project management in both the technical and commercial segments. With a comprehensive, working knowledge of software, Bogdan rounds out his thorough understanding of business having previously owned his own successful retail firm. Mr. Irina holds a degree in law from the Spiru Haret University of Bucharest.
 Viorel Canja
Head of BitDefender Labs
Heading up a team some of the most versed virologists in the world, Mr. Canja manages the engine development and virus research teams for the Company. Personally responsible for growing his team from 5 to 25 people in 5 years, the groups production and response time to new threats is among the best in the industrygarnering accolades from some of the most trusted institutions and publications in the world. Viorel is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest
 Catalin-Sever Stavaru
Software Development Director
Mr. Stavaru is responsible for the coordination of the BitDefender development teams, along with the architecture of software, and the leveraging of new development technologies. Using his expertise, Catalin architected the next generation of the robust BitDefender Enterprise Manager and BitDefender Desktop, as well as many integral pieces of the current generation of BitDefender products. Mr. Stavaru holds a degree in computer science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
 Razvan Dita
Chief Information Officer Headquarters
Responsible for building and managing the global BitDefender Information Technology department since its inception, Mr. Dita has been with the Company in Bucharest, Romania since 2001. The architect of BitDefenders formidable back-end infrastructure, Razvan and his hand-selected team of technology professionals manage the systems and applications that run the company worldwide. Mr. Dita is an electronics and telecommunications graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

Managing the Western Europe region for BitDefender, Mr. Siemens built the first SOFTWIN subsidiary in Germany. By establishing a sound business network and recruiting a team of driven specialists, BitDefender shot to the top 3 antivirus products in Germany within 18 months of its inception. Before joining BitDefender, Siemens was the General Manager for H+BEDV Datenrtechnik, GmbH (now AVIRA GmbH)the only German antivirus vendor, producing the solution, AntiVir. He is also the former sales director for Gawepa GmbH in Hannover, producing marketing products and services for the Green Market. Mr. Siemens is a graduate of the University of Hannover.
 Mihai Rusescu
Regional Operations Manager Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Africa
Managing sales, marketing, business development and customer service operations in 3 international territories, Mr. Rusescu was personally responsible for executing the impressive task of setting up distribution channels for BitDefender products throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region. Before joining the BitDefender team, Mihai was a founder and managing partner of Afaceri Online, an international trade internet company. Rusescu also has a background in finance, having worked for the Romanian International Bank and the Tofan Group. Mihai holds a degree in finance and banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. He also studied international business finance at the University of Minnesota in the United States.
 Mario Bock
Director, Sales and Marketing Western Europe
An integral part of a team that catapulted BitDefender to the top 3 antivirus products in Germany, Mr. Bock was instrumental in building the business network and team of specialists to achieve this noteworthy accomplishment in the short span of 18 months. Bock is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives in Western Europe, and Mediasec Channel for EMEA
